Lukas Leineweber
Lukas Leineweber is a licensed paramedic, experienced first aid instructor, and aspiring doctor at Goethe University Frankfurt. In module 3, Lukas discusses potential safety risks with cold plunging and gives guidance on how to react in case of an emergency.
After working as a paramedic, Lukas Leineweber is currently wrapping up his medical studies at Goethe University in Frankfurt. Furthermore, Lukas has been working as a freelance first aid trainer since 2021 and now serves as the training director at StudiAid First Aid Courses. In addition to his professional qualifications, Lukas has a strong background in sports, having coached football teams for several years. In the module “Safety”, Lukas addresses relevant safety aspects such as recognizing and responding to an emergency, handling afterdrop after cold exposure, and treating hypothermia.
